What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once an item is opened or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety standards. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
How do I report a Damaged Item?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before the tracking number has been generated. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "Fulfilled," we can no longer modify the shipping address or the contents of the package.
